I've read several articles regarding Florida, and how they may have not worked out all the kinks yet in their voting system.

Excuse Me!!!!!

(Disclaimer: This Post is in no way meant to pass judgement or insult the citizenship of Florida. You are merely functioning in the system as it exists.)

I am astounded at the fact that Florida might have problems once again at the election poles.

Are you kidding me?

They've had four years to straighten things out. Do you realize, how much can be accomplished in a period of four years?
People acquire, college degrees, in 4 years.
Entire Subdivisions are created in a 4 year time period.
Huge sky-skrapers are built in less then four years.
There are a lot of things that can be accomplished in four years.

So why can't Florida sort out the simple task of making sure there election polls are, straight forward, and easy to understand, so that there will be no confusion?

Ok, for the sake of argument, lets suggest that the problem is a difficult task.
But aren't the people at the Top, supposed to be pretty intelligent individuals???????
Hey, a suggestion! A simple phone call to Georgia or maybe Alabama, to ask, how does your state, run your election polls and then merely copy their system. Like dahhhhh! Ergo, one must assume that the, "Powers That Be," aren't up to the task.
Or, the confusion, in the voting system, is being done by design.

In my view, no individual State should be allowed to, influence or screw up two elections in a row.
Hell! No state should be allowed to have a major screw up, within a 20 year period, or should I make that 50 years?
I'm willing to forgive anyone for an occassional glitch...........but two glitch's in a row?????
hmmmmmmmm! Come on now! How much do you expect us to believe?
Two in row could be viewed as suspect.
I'm thinking, some people should be going to jail, should Florida need to go to court again to sort out, who won the state: ergo, the Leader of our Nation.
I mean, we're talking four years here.
I've known marriages that didn't last that long.

In all fairness, I believe that if Florida doesn't get it right this time around, their Electoral Vote, should be split right down the middle. In other words, half to each candidate.
Is that legal?
I admit to not being a Constitutional expert.

In any case, I believe that some penalty should be enforced should the Florida Vote, become a fiasco again.
